and then i feel frustrated that I am being forced to waste my time doing these trivial jobs and so i start blaming them for me not performing to my best of abilities .....!!!
and this is how I pass the blame for not performing by putting it on them ...!!
even if people haven't recognised your brilliance you need to take this as motivation to perform even better ,,,,and not use it as an excuse to not perform further.....!!!
I need to own up for my performance and stop being an excuse man ...
